Altera® Stratix® 10 NX SoC FPGA
The Altera Stratix 10 NX FPGA is specifically designed for artificial intelligence (AI) acceleration applications that demand high-bandwidth and low-latency performance. The device is equipped with AI-optimized compute blocks that can deliver up to 143 INT8 TOPS with an energy efficiency of about 1 TOPS/W1. Moreover, the device features in-package 3D stacked HBM high-bandwidth DRAM and up to 57.8G PAM4 transceivers, which amplify its performance capabilities even further, particularly for AI-related tasks.
