Arm® Cortex®-A53 based on i.MX8M

The Embedded Starterkit STKa8Mx is designed as an evaluation kit for embedded computing engineers. It is built on the TQMa8Mx platform and features the Arm Cortex-A53 processor from NXP's i.MX8M series. This kit is tailored for applications requiring high-quality graphics with 4K support. Additionally, it comes equipped with security functions and an integrated Cortex-M4 CPU for real-time and security applications. Despite its powerful features, the kit maintains low power consumption, typically around 4 watts, making it energy-efficient. It also incorporates a DSP for advanced audio processing and supports 3x CAN FD.

Starterkit STKa8Mx set
  • The core of the STKa8Mx set is the TQMa8Mx module with a Dual/Quad Cortex®-A53 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modular system enabling you to develop your own product ideas. Development of graphic interfaces can be started immediately using the prepared combination of closed display unit and starter kit that are matched to each other. To develop your own hardware you can use the certified and qualified circuit components of the starter kit in your own designs.
