Get to the core of SONY image sensors quickly with Luminous Platform
The Macnica Luminous Platform is an innovative environment designed to help imaging and vision product developers efficiently evaluate SONY image sensors and Macnica's SLVS-EC IP core package using FPGA development kits.
The platform is composed of four primary components:
- C/CS Lens Mount: Accommodates industry-standard C and CS mount lenses and provides the foundation for mounting Macnica's Luminous Image Sensor Board.
- Luminous Image Sensor EVMs: Evaluation modules feature SONY image sensors and include a connector that transmits the formed image using the SLVS-EC protocol.
- Flexible Cable: Connects the Luminous Image Sensor EVMs, which output SLVS-EC signals, to the SLVS-EC FMC Cards, ensuring reliable data transmission.
- SLVS-EC FMC Card: Converts SLVS-EC signals received via the flexible cable to the FMC connector on an FPGA development board that you are going to use for imaging and vision system development.
- Macnica Sulfur Agilex 5 Dev Kit
- Altera development kits with FMC connectors
- 3rd party development kits with FMC connectors
Macnica remains committed to innovation, continuously developing new image sensor boards to support the latest sensors entering the market.
