The Embedded Starterkit STKa8XxS is designed for embedded computing engineers and is based on the TQMa8XxS platform, which utilizes the Arm Cortex-A35 processor from NXP's i.MX8X series. This kit excels in graphics performance with 4K support, making it ideal for applications with high display requirements. It also includes a DSP for advanced audio processing, providing high-quality sound capabilities. High-speed communication is facilitated through 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 1x PCIe, and 1x USB 3.0 interfaces, making data transfer efficient. Despite its powerful features, the kit maintains low power consumption, typically around 4 watts. It further enhances reliability with an integrated Cortex-M4 CPU for real-time and security applications.

Starterkit STK8XxS set
  • The core of the STKa8XxS set is the TQMa8XxS module with a i.MX8X Cortex®-A35 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modular system enabling you to develop your own product ideas. Development of graphic interfaces can be started immediately using the prepared combination of closed display unit and starter kit that are matched to each other. To develop your own hardware you can use the certified and qualified circuit components of the starter kit in your own designs.
