The TQMx130PC, a COM Express® Compact Type 6 Module powered by 13th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors (codenamed Raptor Lake-P / P28 series), offers FPGA engineers a potent computing solution. This module, equipped with Intel's Performance-Hybrid-Technology, blends Performance-Cores and Efficient-Cores to deliver exceptional multi-threaded performance, ideal for FPGA-intensive applications.

 

Operating with a thermal design power range of 20/28/35 W, the P28 Performance Series provides FPGA engineers with up to 14 CPU Cores (6P+8E) and a robust GPU boasting 96 Execution Units. This combination caters to the demands of high-performance, fanless systems, a significant advantage for FPGA applications requiring substantial computing power.

 

Memory flexibility is another notable feature, supporting DDR5-5200 SO-DIMM configurations of up to 64 GB. This adaptability is vital for FPGA engineers, ensuring sufficient memory resources for data-intensive FPGA tasks.

 

The module incorporates AI-Boost with VNNI + DP4a instruction sets, enabling FPGA engineers to optimize inferencing and deep learning tasks.
