This LGA module is designed to accommodate pin-compatible processors within a single module, providing flexibility for various applications.

 

Key features of the TQMa243xL include the powerful Cortex®-R5F architecture with up to 800MHz processing speed and integrated Cortex M4, making it well-suited for real-time applications. It boasts an impressive array of communication interfaces, including up to 4x Real-time GBit Ethernet interfaces with TSN support, up to 2x CAN-FD, and USB 2.0 connectivity.

 

Memory options include up to 256 MB NOR Flash, up to 64 GB eMMC, up to 2 GB SDRAM, and an EEPROM, ensuring ample storage resources. The module also offers a range of additional interfaces, such as UART, I2C, SPI, ADC, and PCIe.

 

With low typical power consumption of 1-2W and integrated security functions, the TQMa243xL prioritizes efficiency and data protection. It operates within standard and extended temperature ranges and is backed by a trusted partnership with Texas Instruments.
