Sony IMX415 is a diagonal 6.4mm (type 1/2.8) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a sqaure pixel array and 8.46M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX415AAMR) and in color (IMX415AAQR). This chip operates with analog 2.8V, digital 1.1V, and interface 1.8V triple power supply. It has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.

It operates with 3 power supply voltages: analog 2.9V, digital 1.1V and interface 1.8V. It achieves low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.
