Open-Q™ 410 SOM | The Open-Q™ 410 SOM is a small (44mm X 26.5mm), production-ready, pre-certified module based upon the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 410 processor. The SOM supports a high-performance CPU with 1GB RAM, 8GB Flash, built-in Wi-Fi, BT 4.1, and GPS; together with USB 2.0 and multimedia I/O. The SOM’s small form factor, advanced technology, and an extensive range of supported peripherals provide the perfect platform for creating low cost, high performance embedded and mobile devices.
The Snapdragon™ 410 processor comprises a Quad Core 64-bit ARM® Cortex® A53 CPU, Adreno GPU, and a Hexagon DSP. Open-Q™ 5165RB SOM

Open-X™ 8M SOM | The Open-X™ 8M SOM is a small (55mm x 35mm) production-ready module based upon NXP®’s iMX8M. The SOM supports a high-performance processor with 3GB RAM, 16GB Flash, built-in Wi-Fi (dual-band, 2x2 MU-MIMO), BT 4.2, and audio codec support, together with numerous audio I/O. The SOM is ideal for powering anything from consumer home video/audio to industrial building automation products.
The NXP iMX8M processor comprises a high-performance Quad-Core 64-bit ARM® Cortex® A53 CPU, an ARM Cortex M-4, VDU, and GPU. The processor offers high-quality video playback with full 4K UHD and HDR along with the highest level of pro-audio fidelity. The wide range of interfaces, including HDMI 2.0a, two USB 3.0, one PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, and pre-certified dual-band 2x2 MU-MIMO WLAN make the SOM suitable for a wide range of embedded and IoT products.
