13 December 2022如何区别各类型TVS保护器件 瞬态电压抑制器(Transient Voltage Suppressor)简称TVS,是一种二极管形态的高效能保护器件。TVS用来保护后段的IC免受由ESD或EOS波动引起意外的过电压和过电流影响。其工作原理如图1所示;首先TVS的二极管反向击穿的特性,当TVS两极受到瞬态高能量脉冲冲击时,它能以10的负12次方秒(ps)量级的速度,将其两极间的高阻抗变为低阻抗,吸收在大量异常ESD/EOS能量,并将其迅速泄放到地层,使两极间的电压箝位于一个预定值,有效地保护电子线路中的精密元器件,免受各种不合理脉冲的破坏,是电子产品常用的保护器件。
